My wife and I believe that there are no coincidences in life. When we went through the process of selecting a builder to construct our dream home, it was a blessing Duane Hilburn was sent into our lives. He was and is still an answered prayer. Duane's first and foremost concern was to make our home building experience a pleasant and rewarding one. His assurance of quality construction was no less than what he expected in his own home. He offered us a tour of his house, which at the time was under construction. Duane's eye for detail in our home mirrored the exact same excellence he took in constructing his house.

The expertise and time management in the actual construction was amazing. From ground breaking until completion it took only four months. That was three to five months faster than any other builder's estimate. Duane is able to deliver a quality home in a short period of time because of the quality sub-contractors he uses and the fact that he does not over extend himself with numerous projects.

Duane made himself easily accessible by phone and in person. On occasion we met at my office or at the construction site to share creative ideas or simply to enjoy the excitement of home building. Duane dedication shows in his vocation. He took the plans of our dream home and made it more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. More importantly, we stayed under budget. Duane added his "special signature touch" that definitely makes us proud owners.
